We had a wonderful stay. The hotel's serene location was perfect to escape the city's hustle and bustle. The staff was very attentive and friendly, providing us with excellent service even though they didn't speak English. We found the breakfast buffet to be tasty and diverse, and the hotel facilities, particularly the onsens, were very relaxing.

I recently went on a city break and had an incredible stay. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a big onsen which made it seem like it was less crowded. The staff was very attentive, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The young lady who greeted us at the entrance was very nice and helpful. I also loved the breakfast buffet which offered a huge variety of delicious food.
That we had to take a taxi to get to the nearest restaurants or izakayas, as the hotel did not offer dinner unless booked ahead of time. This was a bit of a hassle, but we managed to find some great local food options in the area.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with luxury and comfort. the welcoming staff ensured that I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. the exclusive amenities of this hotel, such as the private hot spring bath, was a highlight of my experience. the sauna and massage services were also exceptional and helped me relax after a long day.
The only minor issue I encountered was that dinner had to be booked in advance, which was an inconvenience if you didn't plan ahead. the location of the hotel made up for this minor setback, as it was situated near various restaurants and attractions.
